Ms. Sireesha Deena, PMP, founded Infopact, Inc. in 2004, bringing nearly 25 years of IT modernization experience with the DoD and Federal Civilian agencies. Under her leadership, Infopact has grown into a trusted small business with a growing portfolio of federal prime contracts, showcasing its proven ability to deliver impactful results across multiple agencies.

Ms. Deena is passionate about leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as AI/ML, advanced analytics, and enterprise system modernization to help government agencies optimize operations and better serve their constituents. Her federal implementation expertise, strategic vision, and commitment to innovation have been pivotal in establishing Infopact as a trusted partner in federal technology solutions.

As the founder and President of Infopact, Ms. Deena oversees business development, growth strategy, teaming, and subcontractor activities. She holds a Master’s in Engineering from Texas A&M University and continues to lead Infopact with a steadfast commitment to delivering exceptional value while maintaining its strong foundation as a small business.

Mr. Jay Deena is the co-founder serving as Vice President at Infopact, Inc. His career spans over two decades, during which he has led efforts to modernize IT systems using innovative technologies. Jay oversees projects to ensure they deliver top-quality, innovative software solutions. As a seasoned SAFe Agilist, he promotes a culture of innovation and teamwork at Infopact.

In addition to his leadership role, Jay is also a technical expert and software architect. He focuses on advanced projects leveraging innovative technologies in the areas of business intelligence, data analytics, cloud solutions, and large-scale ERP systems like SAP ECC and S/4 HANA. His deep knowledge in these areas helps to provide customized solutions that meet the specific needs of government clients, including the Department of Defense and federal civilian sectors.  Jay holds a Master of Science  degree from Texas A&M University.
