Ms. Sireesha Deena, PMP founded Infopact, Inc. in 2004. She has about 25 years’ IT modernization experience with the DoD and Federal Civilian agencies. Under her leadership, Infopact teamed with major integrators such as IBM, Oracle Corporation, CSC/GDIT and Accenture on several full lifecycle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementations such as the Defense Logistics Agency ERP, Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI), Global Combat Support System (GCSS-MC), Navy ERP and the Department of Energy ERP systems. She has expert knowledge in systems integrations, Business Intelligence (BI), and all aspects of Oracle ERP implementations. She has experience both as a Shared services implementer and on-site shared services agency subject matter expert. She assisted leadership at federal agencies in developing procedures and policies to comply with federal laws and regulations related to financial and acquisition systems integrations.
Ms. Deena is passionate about using innovative technologies. She is driven by a desire to use her federal implementation and domain expertise to help government agencies optimize their operations and better serve their constituents through cutting-edge technology solutions. Her vision, expertise, and leadership have played a pivotal role in Infopact’s continued success as a trusted partner to federal agencies. As the founder and President of Infopact, she manages business development, teaming, and subcontractor activities. In her free time, she enjoys painting, hiking, reading, art, and volunteering at the National Gallery of Art in Washington, DC. She graduated with a Master’s in Engineering from Texas A&M University.
Bill Miller is Infopact’s Vice President of Growth. Bill joined Infopact after being a Director in the private sector. Prior that, Bill had a distinguished twenty-nine year career in the United States Marine Corps, where he served in command and staff billets around the world. Bill brings thirty years of leadership, federal government, team building, and financial management experience to our Infopact team.
Bill was a career financial manager in the Marine Corps with expertise and experience across the PPBE system. In his last position, he was the G8/CFO of Marine Corps Installations Command where he was responsible for the programming, budgeting, and execution of over $4B annually. He also led all aspects of the transition from SABRS to DAI.
Bill has extensive experience leading large organizations and diverse teams. He commanded Marine Security Guards across North and West Africa and served as the Executive Officer of a large Logistics Regiment. Bill has been successful in building relationships within and across organizations, working in complex and uncertain environments, and providing innovative leadership and direction to deliver results.
Jay Deena is a key leader in the technology field, co-founding and serving as Vice President of Operations at Infopact, Inc. His career spans over two decades, during which he has led efforts to modernize IT systems using innovative technologies. Jay oversees projects to ensure they deliver top-quality, innovative software solutions. As a seasoned SAFe Agilist, he promotes a culture of innovation and teamwork at Infopact.
In addition to his leadership role, Jay is also a technical expert and software architect. He focuses on advanced projects leveraging innovative technologies in the areas of business intelligence, data analytics, cloud solutions, and large-scale ERP systems like SAP ECC and S/4 HANA. His deep knowledge in these areas helps to provide customized solutions that meet the specific needs of government clients, including the Department of Defense and federal civilian sectors.
