Ms. Sireesha Deena, PMP founded Infopact, Inc. in 2004. She has about 25 years’ IT modernization experience with the DoD and Federal Civilian agencies. Under her leadership, Infopact teamed with major integrators such as IBM, Oracle Corporation, CSC/GDIT and Accenture on several full lifecycle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementations such as the Defense Logistics Agency ERP, Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI), Global Combat Support System (GCSS-MC), Navy ERP and the Department of Energy ERP systems. Ms. Deena is passionate about using innovative technologies. She is driven by a desire to use her federal implementation and domain expertise to help government agencies optimize their operations and better serve their constituents through cutting-edge technology solutions. Her vision, expertise, and leadership have played a pivotal role in Infopact’s continued success as a trusted partner to federal agencies. As the founder and President of Infopact, she manages business development, growth, teaming, and subcontractor activities.  She graduated with a Master’s in Engineering from Texas A&M University.

Jay Deena is the co-founder serving as Vice President at Infopact, Inc. His career spans over two decades, during which he has led efforts to modernize IT systems using innovative technologies. Jay oversees projects to ensure they deliver top-quality, innovative software solutions. As a seasoned SAFe Agilist, he promotes a culture of innovation and teamwork at Infopact.

In addition to his leadership role, Jay is also a technical expert and software architect. He focuses on advanced projects leveraging innovative technologies in the areas of business intelligence, data analytics, cloud solutions, and large-scale ERP systems like SAP ECC and S/4 HANA. His deep knowledge in these areas helps to provide customized solutions that meet the specific needs of government clients, including the Department of Defense and federal civilian sectors.
