Infopact is an SBA certified 8(a) woman owned small business. Infopact is part of the SBA’s 8(a) program, which allows us to be eligible for sole source/ direct contracts of up to $4.5 million with any federal agency, without any competition, as defined by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), thereby helping to reduce procurement lead times. This eligibility is provided under FAR Subpart 19.8, which governs the SBA’s 8(a) program.
